Do Google Play Books ebooks work on the PocketBook Era Color in Canada?
Works, with extra steps
Yes, with a computer: export the book from Play Books as an Adobe-protected file and copy it over with Adobe Digital Editions. Some publishers block export.
- In Play Books on the web, choose Export for the book.
- Install Adobe Digital Editions on a computer and sign in with a ByteBooks ID (it replaced the Adobe ID in 2026).
- Open it in Adobe Digital Editions and copy it to the PocketBook.
