Do Kobo Store ebooks work on the PocketBook Verse Pro Color in Canada?
Works, with extra steps
Yes, with a computer. Kobo lets you export most purchases as an Adobe-protected EPUB, which PocketBook opens.
- In your Kobo library on kobo.com, download the book.
- Install Adobe Digital Editions on a computer and sign in with a ByteBooks ID (it replaced the Adobe ID in 2026).
- Open it in Adobe Digital Editions and copy it to the PocketBook.
